Mary E. (Beth) Fischer
Division President – San Diego

Ms. Fischer joined Pardee Homes in 1998 and moved into her current role as Division President of Pardee Homes in San Diego in 2006. Before joining the company, Ms. Fischer was Vice President and Area Manager for Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group where she headed the bank’s Los Angeles office for bank-owned real estate. Ms. Fischer joined Pardee Homes as Director of Community Development where she focused significant efforts on entitling and developing Pardee’s master-planned community of Pacific Highlands Ranch in the City of San Diego.

In addition to her real estate and development industry experience, Ms. Fischer’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xavier University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the prestigious Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Ms. Fischer is involved in a variety of civic and community endeavors and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of San Diego, Girl Scouts San Diego-Imperial Council, the Alliance for Habitat Conservation and the Los Peňasquitos Lagoon Foundation.
