Division President – Inland Empire
Mr. Taylor currently serves as Division President for the Pardee Homes Inland Empire division. He has held this position since 2002 and has worked for the company since 1998. Prior to joining Pardee Homes, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of REO property for Farmers & Merchants Bank. He spent 10 years gaining valuable real estate development experience including building and selling all types of properties from commercial/retail to single and multi-family residential development.
Mr. Taylor's career in the real estate industry has spanned more than 23 years with many notable milestones along the way, including leading Pardee’s re-entry into the Orange County market as a merchant builder; acquiring seven master planned communities in Riverside and San Bernardino totaling some 20,000 residential lots; and leading planning and development teams for three award-winning master planned communities--Tournament Hills and Sundance in Beaumont and Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore.
Mr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and in 2009 he completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is an avid supporter and coach of Little League Baseball and other youth sports as well as supporter of the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Gorgonio Pass and HomeAid Inland Empire.
